Order Processing


Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.


Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your order ships. During new product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.


Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery


Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.


Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.


Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping (United States)


Most domestic orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping method selected and destination.

International Shipping


BODYOLOGY™ proudly ships to select international destinations.


International customers are responsible for any applicable:

Brokerage fees


Other government-imposed charges



These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges and must be paid by the customer.


International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Order Tracking


Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information


Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.


BODYOLOGY™ is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages


Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.


BODYOLOGY™ is not responsible for packages that are:


Lost in transit


Stolen after delivery


Delayed due to weather


Delayed due to carrier issues


Delayed due to customs processing


Delayed because of circumstances beyond our control



If your package appears to be lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim when appropriate.

Damaged Shipments


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 buisness days of delivery.

Photographs of the damaged item(s)


Photographs of the shipping packaging


A brief description of the issue



We will review your claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

Final Sale


Due to the personal nature of activewear, all sales are final.


Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted except where required by law or if you receive the wrong item or a verified manufacturing defect.


Please review our Size Guide carefully before purchasing. Our Sculpt Collection is designed with compression fabric and is intended to fit more snugly than traditional activewear.
