Sizing & Fit

 

• What sizes do you offer?

BODYOLOGY™ currently offers sizes S–5XL. We believe movement, confidence, and style should be accessible to every body.

• How do I know which size to order?

Please review our Size Guide before ordering. Different brands use different grading standards, so your size in another brand may not be your BODYOLOGY™ size.

• What if I'm between sizes?

Your ideal size depends on your preferred fit. If you are between sizes and prefer a less compressive feel, consider sizing up. If you prefer a more sculpted fit, consider the smaller size.

• Are your leggings squat-proof?

Yes. Our fabrics are designed to provide coverage and confidence during movement. We recommend selecting the correct size for the best performance.

• Are BODYOLOGY™ products designed for plus-size women?

Absolutely. BODYOLOGY™ was created with real women's bodies in mind, including curves, soft bellies, fuller hips, and diverse body shapes.

• What body types does BODYOLOGY™ design for?

BODYOLOGY™ designs are created with real women in mind, including soft bellies, fuller hips, curves, athletic builds, apple shapes, inverted triangles, rectangles, and more.

• Do your leggings have pockets?

Many BODYOLOGY™ styles feature convenient side pockets. Product features are listed on each product page.

 

Sculpt Collection

 

• Why does my Sculpt Collection item feel tight?

The BODYOLOGY™ Sculpt Collection is intentionally designed with compressive performance fabric to provide support, contouring, and a sculpted feel. A snug fit is normal.

• How should I put on my Sculpt Collection leggings, bodysuit, or top?

Because the Sculpt Collection contains compression fabric, we recommend taking your time when putting on the garment. Similar to shapewear or other compression products, gently work the garment into place rather than pulling aggressively.

• Will the Sculpt Collection loosen over time?

The compression fabric is designed to maintain its supportive feel. While the garment will conform to your body with wear, it should continue providing a sculpting and supportive fit.

• Is the Sculpt Collection supposed to feel different from the Soft Collection?

Yes. Our Soft Collection prioritizes everyday comfort and flexibility, while our Sculpt Collection provides a more compressive, body-contouring fit.

• How should I wash my activewear?

Machine wash cold with similar colors and tumble dry low or hang dry for best results.

• Will the colors fade after washing?

Our fabrics are designed to maintain their color when cared for properly according to our washing instructions.

• Are your products suitable for workouts and everyday wear?

Yes. BODYOLOGY™ is designed for both movement and lifestyle wear—from workouts and walks to errands and travel.

• What level of compression do your garments provide?

Compression levels vary by collection. Our Soft Collection offers comfortable everyday support, while our Sculpt Collection provides a more compressive, body-contouring fit.

 

Shipping & Orders

 

• Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the United States. Additional regions may become available in the future.

• How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

• How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with updates on your package's journey.

• Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order enters processing, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

• Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the personal nature of activewear, all BODYOLOGY™ sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

• Why are all sales final?

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, activewear is considered a personal-use garment. To ensure every customer receives a brand-new product, all sales are final.

• What if I'm unsure about my size?

We strongly encourage reviewing our Size Guide before placing an order. Sizing can vary between brands, and BODYOLOGY™ garments may fit differently than activewear you currently own.

• Can I contact someone for sizing help before ordering?

Absolutely. If you have questions about sizing, fit, compression level, or which size may work best for your body shape, please contact us before placing your order. We're happy to help you choose the best fit.
